This year's Thermodynamics Colloquium took place from September 25th to 27th 2024 at the University of Stuttgart. This year the LTTT was represented with three poster contributions.
While Franz Wittmann presented his research findings on the thermodynamic behavior of nanofluids in glass facades, Julian Gundelwein and Clemens Berger presented their work on the Organic Rankine Cycle.
Julian Gundelwein dealt with the conceptual design of an ORC test plant for industrial waste heat generation.
Clemens Berger presented initial results on heat transfer during the phase change of refrigerants. By making new contacts and deepening existing ones, ideas for future research work were gained.
