The Herrick Conferences are held every two years at Purdue University (Indiana, USA). These are three conferences on the topics of compressors, refrigeration and intelligent buildings.
Jaromir Jeßberger, M.Sc., presented the experimental findings of the LTTT on cylinder head-cooled compressors in high-temperature heat pumps in July 2024. In an extensive review process, his contribution was among the 6 finalists for the Best Student Paper Award. The scientific exchange and intensive discussions at the conference were complemented by interesting insights into Purdue University and in particular the visit to Herrick Laboratories.
