Heat transfer - From the single bubble to mixture evaporation

The 2024 annual meeting of the DECHEMA sections Heat and Mass Transfer and Drying Technology took place in Magdeburg from March 11th-13th with around 120 participants.
Dr.-Ing. Matthias Welzl and Dr.-Ing. Florian Heberle presented their research findings on nucleate boiling of mixtures and the optical investigation of single refrigerant bubbles.
The presentations were followed by valuable discussions and suggestions by the expert audience.
